1. Return Period
We offer a return period of 30 days . After receiving your order, you have 30 days to indicate that you wish to return the product (for example, if you change your mind).
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in original condition (unused, no signs of use).
The product must be in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
You must include the proof of purchase or order number.
3. Exceptions (Important: Photo Plots & Custom Work)
Please note: The right of withdrawal (return right) does not apply to:
Custom-made products : This concerns all our photo plots and large format prints . Because these are printed specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless there is a production error or damage.
4. How do you start a return?
Do you want to return a product (eg, a camera)? Follow these steps:
1. Send an email to Hilfe@fotoplat.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive instructions and the return address from us.
3. Pack the product securely and firmly to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Send the package to our warehouse in Germany.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective or wrong product : If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we will cover the return costs. We will send you a return label.
Change of mind : If you return a product because you changed your mind (eg, a camera), the shipping costs for returning it to Germany are for your own account.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation.
Approved : If the return is in order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days .
Method : The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for the purchase (eg, iDEAL, Credit Card, or PayPal).
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Did your photo plot or camera arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours via Hilfe@fotoplat.de and include photos of the damage. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
