1. General Guarantee Term
Bij fotoplat.de has a good product. For all electronic devices (including cameras and lenses) that you have purchased, the guarantee term of **2 years (24 months)** is valid on the date of delivery.
This means that the product can be used normally for a period of time.
2. What is the warranty?
The guarantee covers defects in materials and manufacturing. India and the camera of the accessory within the warranty period are subject to spontaneous defects (bijvoorbeeld: the sensor does not work, the buttons do not respond to the problem), and the costs are free for you.

4. Uitzonderingen (What is there no guarantee?)
It is geen right op guarantee in the following terms:
Fysieke pity : Pity the vallen, still of beknelling.

6. Guarantee procedure: Does it report a defect?
Does it report a defective product? Volg deze stappen:
1. Stuur and e-mail to Hilfe@fotoplat.de with uw ordernummer and a duidelijke omschrijving van the defect.
2. India is wrong, the photo’s of a video mee waarop het problem zichtbaar is.
3. U ontvangt van ons instructions and a return label (india het defect onder de Garantie valt).
4. Na ontvangst en inspectie in ons servicecentrum in Essen, wordt and product repaired of vervangen.
7. Costs
Internal guarantee : The shipping costs for the repair and the repairs are due
